Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship our products to Canada, US, and Australia only.

After an order has been placed, it’s immediately sent to one of our fulfillment centers in Asia, United States, or Australia (usually within 24 hours) where we will ship your items within 1-5 business days (Processing Time: Order verification, quality check and packaging to prepare your order for shipping.) When you order more than one item, your purchases may not arrive all at the same time or in the same packaging.  

All your purchases are free with standard shipping, and usually takes between 7 – 26 business days to deliver but can take longer from time to time. Please allow up to 21 business days for delivery to a US address and up to 35 business days for delivery to a non-US address.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for orders that go missing due to an incorrect address. Please check your address to make sure there is no error.

Please note that there may be import taxes and/ or customs duties for some countries. Buyers are responsible for customs duties/ taxes.

Note that for some countries, shipping may take longer than estimated. We apologize for the delay. Sometimes Shipping can take longer due to customs clearance.
